MANILA, Philippines – Due to the persistent rains brought by the southwest monsoon or “habagat,” some local government units have declared suspension of classes for Wednesday.
The cancelation of classes in Northern Luzon came as state weather bureau PAGASA spotted a low pressure area off Aurora province that trigger continuous monsoon rains.
