MANILA, Philippines – Cloie Skarne, the 21-year-old half sister of actress KC Concepcion is one of the candidates of Miss Universe-Sweden 2016.
According to the pageant’s page, Cloie describes herself as a “kind-hearted, results-oriented, internationally experienced person,” who loves to do charitable activities.
One of her greatest goals in life is to give back to people which is why she is currently running a company that gives 10 percent of its profit to a charity.
The lass, now in Manila shared a video on Instagram, featuring her and KC working out together.

Cloie is the daughter of Gabby Concepcion with ex-wife, former actress Jenny Syquia. She is currently studying languages and entrepreneurship at the University of Stockholm.
