Former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Arroyo recently had a surprise visitor who had a striking resemblance with the country’s police chief.
It turned out that it was former Batangas Rep. Dong Mendoza who paid a visit to the former leader.
“Visited the former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to which our family owes a lot. We will forever be grateful. God bless you and your family ma’am,” Mendoza wrote on Instagram.
The former lawmaker is the son of the late police general Leandro Mendoza. The elder Mendoza served as Executive Secretary and Transportation Secretary during the Arroyo administration.
